Dominique Gaudet

Dominique Gaudet (she/her) is a co-creator at O Strategies since 2021, where she leads work in structural analysis, strategic planning, and the management of complex projects. Originally from the Magdalen Islands, she brings over 15 years of experience across francophone and bilingual community, cultural, and organizational sectors, in New Brunswick and across the country. 

Dominique helps organizations make sense of their environment, clarify their direction, and move forward with coherence. She specializes in sensemaking and in designing concrete change processes supported by action-oriented strategies. At O Strategies, she contributes to mandates focused on organizational transformation and equity, diversity, and inclusion. Her background in the arts and project management has grounded her approach in community connection, strategic discipline, and a sensitivity to complex systems. 

She is actively involved in initiatives that advance inclusion, gender-diverse leadership, and collective development. Dominique holds certifications in GBA+, Genuine Contact, and complexity-informed practice.
