Robyn LeBlanc

Robyn LeBlanc (she/her) is a feminist systems strategist, consultant, and facilitator with over 10 years of experience in Canada’s social, housing, and homelessness-serving sectors.

She is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Next Practice Consulting, where she supports non-profits, housing providers, and community organizations with strategy, governance, evaluation, facilitation, leadership coaching, and organizational capacity-building.

Robyn brings deep experience in Coordinated Access, Housing First, continuous improvement, and cross-sector collaboration, paired with a practical, equity-centred approach to helping teams move from ideas to implementation.
